What we collect

• Order details — your name, delivery address, mobile number, and the contents and value of your order.
• Payment details — processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on this site.
• Age confirmation — that you confirmed you are 18 or over when entering the site, and any age verification performed at delivery.
• Technical data — IP address, browser, device and pages viewed, collected through cookies and analytics.
• Messages — anything you send us by email, including order references.

Why we use it

• To take, fulfil and deliver your order and to answer your questions — necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To verify age, because selling vaping products to minors is prohibited in the UAE — a legal obligation.
• To prevent fraud and to keep the site secure — our legitimate interest.
• To meet tax, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
• To send marketing only where you have opted in, which you can withdraw at any time.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the shop (your cart, checkout and session), and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; blocking the necessary ones will stop checkout from working.

Who we share it with

Only what is needed to complete your order: our payment processor, our delivery riders and courier partners, and our hosting and analytics providers. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

Order and tax records are retained for the period required by UAE tax and commercial law. Enquiry messages are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent. Technical logs are kept for a short period.

Your rights

Under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data you may ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold about you;
• correct data that is inaccurate or out of date;
• erase it, or restrict how we use it, in the circumstances the law allows;
• stop marketing to you; and
• receive your data in a portable form.

Children

This site and the products on it are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
