IQOS TEREA Delivery in Dubai & the UAE

IQOS TEREA delivery in Dubai takes 60–120 minutes. Order any time and a rider leaves our Dubai hub with your sticks or ILUMA device — no waiting for a next-day slot. Every other Emirate is same-day when the order lands before 1 PM, next-day after that. Cash on delivery works nationwide, delivery is free over AED 499, and every handover is 18+ ID-verified.

This page is the whole delivery picture: windows for each Emirate, fees, payment, how an order moves, and the questions we get asked most. Prices live on the IQOS TEREA price list.

Delivery times by Emirate

One dispatch rule covers the country: Dubai is immediate, and every other Emirate is scheduled around the 1 PM cut-off. Same-day before 1 PM, next-day after.

Dubai — 60–120 minutes

Every area of the city: Deira, Bur Dubai, Business Bay, Downtown, Dubai Marina, JVC, JLT, Al Barsha, Al Nahda, Mirdif, Silicon Oasis, Dubai Hills, Karama and everywhere between. Dispatch is immediate, so the window starts as soon as the order is confirmed. There is no minimum order value, and weekend or public-holiday timings are shown at checkout when they differ.

Abu Dhabi — same-day before 1 PM

Abu Dhabi city, Khalifa City, Al Reem, Al Reef, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Mussafah, Yas Island, Saadiyat and Raha Gardens. Al Bahia and Al Khatim sit on scheduled routes. An after-1-PM order moves to the next-day window automatically, and your confirmation states which one you got before you pay.

Sharjah — same-day before 1 PM

Al Majaz, Al Nahda, Al Qasimia, Buheira, Muweilah, Al Khan, Abu Shagara, Tawam, Al Jurf, Samnan, University City, Industrial Area and Al Suyoh. Bahriyat and Maliha run on scheduled routes. Before 1 PM is same-day; after 1 PM is next-day.

Ajman — same-day before 1 PM

Ajman Corniche, Al Rashidiya, Ajman Downtown, Al Nuaimiya, Al Rawda, Al Jurf, Zahya, Ajman Uptown, Emirates City and Al Ittihad Street. Ajman is close enough to the hub that next-morning arrival is standard when the evening loop is full.

Ras Al Khaimah — same-day before 1 PM

Al Hamra, Al Hamra Village, Al Rams, Al Maireed, Julfar, Mina Al Arab, RAK City, Shamal, Khatt, Taween and Nahel. Before 1 PM rides the same-day dispatch; after 1 PM arrives the next day.

Al Ain — same-day before 1 PM

Al Ain city (Al Jimi, Al Mutaredh, Al Foah, Zakher, Mezyad, Al Sarooj), Al Hili, Wadi Al Maamora and Khreef, plus the Mahdhar and Zakher towers. The UAEU campus area runs on scheduled days. Al Ain is roughly 150 km inland, so the 1 PM cut-off is the honest promise.

Fujairah — same-day before 1 PM

Fujairah city (Faseel, Mershoud, Siddeeq and the Al Faseel Beach flats), Dibba Al Fujairah, Masafi and Al Bithnah. Remote mountain addresses get a confirmation call to agree the exact handover point.

Umm Al Quwain — same-day before 1 PM

Umm Al Quwain shares the northern route with Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah: before 1 PM is same-day, after 1 PM is next-day.

How an order moves

1. You order. Pick your TEREA flavour or ILUMA device and choose cash on delivery, card on delivery, card online or bank transfer at checkout.
2. We pick and pack. Every order ships from our Dubai hub. Dubai goes out immediately; the rest of the country is assigned to the same-day or next-day run by the 1 PM cut-off.
3. The rider leaves. Your confirmation carries the window. If weekend or holiday timings differ, checkout says so before you confirm.
4. ID first, payment second. The rider checks a valid Emirates ID or passport, then takes payment. No valid 18+ ID means no handover.
5. Check the parcel before cash changes hands. Sealed packs, batch-checked stock. Anything wrong is exchanged or refunded under our returns policy.

Fees, payment and the door

• Delivery fee. AED 30 flat, free on orders over AED 499. The exact fee appears at checkout before you confirm — never after.
• Payment. Cash on delivery in all seven Emirates, card on delivery, card online, or bank transfer. COD carries no surcharge; riders carry limited change, so close-to-total notes help.
• 18+ at every handover. Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 and Wadeema’s Law prohibit selling to anyone under 18. Full policy: age verification.
• Nobody home. The rider returns the parcel to the hub, nothing is charged, and you rebook with a corrected address.
• Authentic stock only. Every TEREA pack and ILUMA device is batch-checked before it leaves the hub.

Delivery FAQ

How fast is delivery in Dubai?

60–120 minutes from confirmation. Dispatch is immediate, so the window on your confirmation is the one the rider works to. Dubai has no minimum order value.

Can I get same-day delivery outside Dubai?

Yes, if the order is placed before 1 PM. After 1 PM it moves to the next-day run. That applies to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

Can I pay cash when the rider arrives?

Yes, in all seven Emirates. The rider checks your ID first, then takes cash, a card or confirms the transfer. Nothing is charged before the handover.

How much does delivery cost?

AED 30, free on orders over AED 499. There is no COD surcharge.

Do you deliver TEREA and ILUMA everywhere in the UAE?

Yes — all seven Emirates from the Dubai hub. If a line is out of stock the cart flags it before dispatch, so you are told rather than left guessing. See the price list for what is on the shelf today.

My order is late or something is wrong — what happens?

Message the team with your order number. We re-dispatch or refund under the returns policy.
