Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with IQOS TEREA Dubai. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Age restriction

You must be 18 or over to browse this site, create an account or place an order. Tobacco and nicotine products are age-restricted in the UAE. We verify age at delivery and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we are not satisfied that the recipient is 18 or over, including where an identification check fails.

Products and availability

We describe and photograph products accurately, including price, size and nicotine strength. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images where a manufacturer changes them. Stock levels are live; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund that item.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include applicable tax unless stated otherwise. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, apart from delivery, which is free on orders over AED 150 and otherwise shown at checkout. If we price an item incorrectly, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery where it is offered for your emirate.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch it, not when you click “place order”. We may decline an order for reasons including stock, suspected fraud, an unresolved age check, or delivery outside our supported areas.

Delivery

Estimated times are: 60–120 minutes within Dubai (order any time); same-day in every other Emirate on orders placed before 1 PM, next-day after 1 PM. These are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines, and they may be affected by factors outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns, refunds and damaged items

See our returns and refunds policy for the full detail. In summary: contact us within 24 hours of delivery if anything arrives damaged, faulty, expired or incorrect, and we will replace or refund it. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used tobacco sticks, devices and accessories cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with it, scrape it at scale, or place orders you do not intend to pay for. All content, branding, text and photography on this site belongs to IQOS TEREA Dubai or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Disclaimers

We give the site and its content on an “as is” basis to the extent the law allows. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Product specifications come from manufacturers and may change. Our full disclaimer forms part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time you order applies to that order.

Governing law and contact
