Devices & compatibility

Which devices do TEREA sticks work with?

TEREA is made for IQOS ILUMA devices — ILUMA ONE, ILUMA, ILUMA PRIME, and the ILUMA i ONE, i STANDARD and i PRIME — plus the TEREA-compatible Lambda i8 and i9. TEREA sticks do not fit the older blade devices (IQOS 3, IQOS 3 DUO), which take HEETS.

What is the difference between TEREA and HEETS?

HEETS are the blade-era stick: the device’s heating blade pierces the tobacco. TEREA is sealed and heated by induction from the outside, so there is no blade and nothing to clean between sessions. The two formats are not interchangeable.

Do I need to clean an ILUMA device?

No blade means no cleaning routine. Wipe the holder, keep the device charged and store the sticks sealed. A TEREA pack that has been left open in heat or humidity is the usual cause of a weak session, not the device.

Can I use TEREA in a Lambda device?

Yes — the Lambda i8 and i9 are built for TEREA sticks. See the Lambda range.

Which ILUMA should I start with?

The ILUMA ONE is the all-in-one, nothing-extra option. The ILUMA and ILUMA i STANDARD are the mid-range holders, and the PRIME adds the touchscreen display. Every one of them takes the same TEREA sticks, so the device never locks you into a flavour.

Packs, flavours and prices

How many sticks are in a TEREA pack?

Twenty. One pack is twenty sessions, and every listing on the site is priced per pack.

Why do the same flavour names differ by country?

TEREA batches are produced for specific markets, and the blend and flavour roster follow that market — the Japanese line is not the same list as Indonesia or Kazakhstan. That is why the price list is grouped by country first.

What do the flavour names mean?

Silver, Amber, Sienna, Bronze, Teak and Dimensions are tobacco lines at different roast levels; Purple Wave, Turquoise, Menthol and the Pearl lines carry cooling or capsule notes. Each product page states the exact flavour note for that pack.

Where are the prices?

On the IQOS TEREA price list, which reads live stock and shows the AED you pay at checkout — no tax is added at the next step. Otherwise each product page carries the same price and a Buy button.

Why do prices change?

UAE excise on tobacco moves shelf prices, and TEREA is tobacco. When a price changes it changes in the table the same day, which is why there is no downloadable PDF.

Delivery and payment

How fast is delivery?

Dubai is 60–120 minutes from confirmation. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain are same-day on orders before 1 PM, next-day after. Full detail: delivery in the UAE.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, in all seven Emirates, alongside card on delivery, card online and bank transfer. The rider checks your ID first, then takes payment at the door.

How much does delivery cost?

AED 30 flat, free on orders over AED 499. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you confirm, and COD carries no surcharge.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order value. A single pack ships like any other order.

Do you deliver to all seven Emirates?

Yes. Everything ships from the Dubai hub, and out-of-stock lines are flagged in the cart before dispatch rather than after.

Age, authenticity and after-sales

How old do I have to be to buy TEREA in the UAE?

18 minimum, with ID checked at every handover — that is the law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2009, Wadeema’s Law), not a store policy. Full policy: age verification.

How do I know the TEREA is genuine?

Every pack is sealed and batch-checked before it leaves the hub, and the health-warning printing and pack construction are the first tells on arrival. If a pack arrives open or damaged, refuse it and message the team — it is replaced.

Is vaping legal in the UAE?

Yes, since April 2019 — but only compliant products from licensed sellers, sold to adults, with indoor-use restrictions. State of play: the 18+ and ID rules.

What if a device is faulty?

Faulty units are exchanged or refunded under the refunds and returns policy. Message the team with the order number and the fault is handled from there.
